- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp white granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of coconut powder
- hot water
- 1 cup soymilk
- chocolate chips of all varieties (white and dark)
Mix cacao powder, sugar, vanilla powder, salt, coconut powder and chocolate chips. Pour a minimal amount of hot water into the mixture. Stir gently until lumpless. Add soymilk. Stir gently until completely mixed. Pour into cup and enjoy!

1 T = 3 t
22 pinches per teaspoon
1 tbsp cacao powder = 24 T times 0.0625 = 1.5 C
2 tbsp white granulated sugar 3 C
1/2 tsp vanilla powder 12t - 4T
a pinch of salt > scant teaspoon
a pinch of coconut powder >scant teaspoon
hot water
1 cup soymilk
chocolate chips of all varieties (white and dark)
I am trying this with Euro ingredients - I haven't found the coconut powder and the vanilla powder is a small envelope of sugar and vanilla but the result is WONDERFUL - Especially the lump removal technique.
