Tahini Peanut Butter Crackers

When my mom went shopping one day, she brought back tahini crackers and amazing peanut butter made with honey roasted peanuts. I tried putting some peanut butter on a tahini cracker and it was delicious! I'll give you my recipe.

You will need:

  • 1 box tahini rice crackers
  • Peanut butter
To make:
Take a cracker and spread peanut butter on it. Place another craker on top of the peanut butter, making a "peanut butter tahini cracker" sandwich. Repeat with another sandwich. Make as many as you want.

Possible tweaks are making triple, quadruple, or even quintuple decker sandwiches; covering a sandwich with peanut butter and crumbling up more tahini crackers to cover it; maybe even make a few GIANT stacks of crackers and peanut butter and spread peanut butter on top of them creating a cake! This makes a great appetizer. Enjoy!

Can serve as many people as sandwiches made.

Homemade Chocolate Fudge

I just discovered a really rough recipe in my history book for chocolate candy. It was cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and milk. I decided to tweak it!

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp water
To make it:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, take your butter and your sweetened condensed milk and stir well. Put it in your microwave on high for 30 seconds. In another large microwave-safe bowl, mix cocoa powder and sugar. Now, pour the water and the butter mixture into the cocoa powder mixture and stir well. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Pour into pans and freeze for 3 hours. Enjoy your fudge!
