Hot Cocoa Mix Muffins

You always need a good muffin on Christmas morning. My recipe is for "Hot Cocoa Mix Muffins"  so you can have a matching Christmas breakfast:

• 1 recipe of "Kids Hot Cocoa Mix"
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 mini muffin pan
• spray oil
• 1/8 cup water
• 1/8 cup mini marshmallows

Here's how it's made:

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix "Kids Hot Cocoa Mix", flour, mini marshmallows and water until dough-like. Spray muffin pan with oil. Put dough in muffin pan. Bake until cake tester comes out clean.

Enjoy with cocoa!
